The Giant African Millipede



Facts: These millipedes are basically bigger version of the millipedes found in gardens, under logs, and on sidewalks. Should be kept in a 15x10x10 glass tank with a escape proof lid. The tank should be sprayed every other day with warm water to maintain humidity. They usually get their water from the food they eat. Should not be handled regularly because, if agitated they will secret a irritating liquid.

7.5 to 11 inches.

75 to 85° F.
Humidity
75 to 80%.
Substrate
3 to 4 inches of peat moss and potting soil, kept moist.
